# Description of each layer:

SEMI-STABLE TEETER

1. The first layer is the Tron blockchain and SST transactional ledger is included in the Tron blockchain.
2. The second layer is SST own smart contract which has mint/burn, track, transact, and store functions
3. The third layer is WorldSltn.Ltd which is primarily responsible for fiat deposit/withdrawal, custody of fiat reserve, audit reports.
